As a result, people often consider nuts as the best food for the health of brain. In addition, nuts also contain some special substances for the health of brain, such as lecithin, choline, and so on, so it is especially suitable for those white-collar workers.
Sixthly, when you have a bad temper, you should eat more foods rich in calcium, because calcium has the effect of stabilizing the emotion. Foods such as milk, lactic acid, cheese and other dairy products all contain extremely plenty of calcium, which can help to eliminate anger.
Seventhly, vitamin C has an effect of balancing psychological pressure. When you are under great psychological pressure, the amount of vitamin C consumed by human body is 8 times more than usual. As a result, you should take in as much vitamin C as possible. Foods rich in vitamin C include cauliflower, spinach, sesame seeds, and fruits.
