    Sixth, vitamin C: it is approved to be an effective antioxidant, protecting cells from the damage of radicals, especially the cells of the brain and eyes. Besides, it can effectively prevent heart diseases. Vitamin C is mainly contained in vegetables and fruits such as oranges and kiwi fruit.

    Seventh, vitamin E: it is a fat soluble vitamin, also approved as an effective antioxidant. It can protect the unsaturated fatty acid in the cell membranes from being damaged by radicals. Thus, it can decrease the chance of getting heart diseases and prevent the arteriosclerosis.
