Tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) in acetonitrile (MeCN) or in N, N- dimethylformamide (DMF) is an alternative to the potassium carbonate hydrolysis in a mixture of DMF and water for the removal of N- Benzhydrylglycolamide esters (OBg) in the solution synthesis of peptide.
