interactions with AChE but not for BuChE. Lastly, the change of
piperazine group should also be considered. Further study of
phthalimide derivatives linked to different piperazine group to
increase the inhibition of both enzymes and selective BuChE
inhibitors are in progress. Also, the stability, toxicity, safety of
title compounds need further study.
