  With the optimized conditions in hand, we next explored the scope of this palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction of aryl nonaflates 1, sulfur dioxide, and hydrazines 2. The corresponding results are presented in Table 2. It was found that all reactions worked smoothly to produce the desired products in moderate to good yields.
