This observation was confirmed by the reversible slow-binding inhibition of KLK3 by the commercially available prolyl-oligopeptidase inhibitor Z-Pro-Prolinal [32] (Fig. 7), with Ki = 40 μM and k4 = 0.05 min-1 and 0.03 min-1.
