At the same time, people should try to stop drinking for several weeks in the evening. Alcohol can dehydrate the human body, disturb the level of blood sugar and affect the sleep. If people feel hungry, they can eat some snacks before going to bed. However, people should choose the snacks which are digestible.
In order to prevent exhaustion syndrome, people should often eat the alkaline foods and the foods containing vitamin C and vitamin B. Therefore, people can eat some snacks when they feel tired so as to maintain the dietary balance and remove the fatigue. Biscuit is a good choice for people to choose. Biscuit is mainly made of wheat, so it can provide energy for the human body. People can also choose nuts like peanut. The nutrients like protein and vitamin E contained in nuts can help the human body regain the energy.
Generally speaking, alkaline foods like vegetables and fruits can effectively help the human body remove the tiredness and increase the tolerance. In addition, the foods containing vitamin C can effectively help the human body maintain the normal physical activities. It can be seen that it is important for people to maintain the balanced diet so as to prevent the tiredness in everyday life.
