  • If you have already increased the frequency of exercise, made up the sleep time, and collocated with a rich diet, however, you still always feel tired and fatigued.     First, cigarettes and vitamin C
    The harmful components such as tar contained in smoke will consume a lot of vitamin C. According to the statistics, smoking one cigarette will consume about 25 mg of vitamin C stored in the body. For those passive smokers, the loss of vitamin C is much greater.

    Nutrition experts point out, smokers can eat more foods which contain abundant vitamin C, such as tomatoes. If you are a passive smoker long-term staying among the smoke, it is best to take in 50 mg of vitamin C supplement every day for self-protection. But do not use hot water to eat the supplement, because the vitamin C is easy to deoxidate after interacting with the heat, and its efficacy will be lost.

    Second, coffee and calcium
    will dissolve the calcium in the bones, so the density of the sclerotin will be decreased. It is measured that, drinking three cups of coffee every day will result in 8 mg of calcium loss in the bone, thus increasing the risk of suffering from osteoporosis.

    Nutrition expert suggest that people who like drinking coffee should eat much more calcium-rich foods such as beans. And another simple way is to replace the coffee-mate with fresh milk every time when you drink coffee, so as to reduce the loss of calcium. Researchers from Harvard University in United States point out that, for women who drink coffee moderately, if they drink a glass of milk every day, it can sufficiently make up the calcium loss caused by drinking two cups of coffee.

    Third, contraceptives and
    Vitamin B6 is an essential substance for the metabolism of tryptophan, fat and glucose in human body. In addition, the metabolism of the estrogen and cortical hormone in women also need vitamin B6. The estrogen contained in contraceptives will increase the metabolism of tryptophan in the liver, while vitamin B6 is a coenzyme component in tryptophan metabolism. Therefore, the women who orally take contraceptives every day often suffer from some symptoms caused by the lack of vitamin B6, such depression, pessimism, easy agitation and so on.

    Nutrition experts suggest that, for the women who are taking contraceptives, they should always take in some oats at breakfast, because the skin of the gain contains the most abundant amount of vitamin B6. This method is very simple and practicable.
