  • Fatty liver has become a serious disease which greatly affects human health. It has many clinical manifestations such as fatigue, inappetence, nausea, vomit, weight loss and so on. In order to prevent and treat fatty liver, besides medical methods, the structure of the diets also plays an important role. Following are eight kinds of food which are effective for the prevention of fatty liver.

    First, oat
    Oat contains a large amount of linoleic acid and saponin, which are very helpful in reducing the content of serum cholesterol and triglyceride.

    Second, maize

Sweet potato contains plenty of cellulose, which can absorb the large number of water in the stomach and intestine, lubricate the digestive tract, so as to play a laxative effect.
