Generally speaking, yogurt is made of fresh milk and it contains protein, calcium and vitamins. More and more people like to drink yogurt in everyday life. In short, people can not judge the nutritional value of some foods just according to their names or their raw materials. The additives, furnishes and the processing procedures have already seriously decreased the nutritional value.
