Then constipation can be easily caused. Some pregnant women are attacked by dreaminess. Some women worry about the health situation of their fetuses and the mental pressure is worsened, which can also affect the quality of sleep.
Some skills are introduced to pregnant women to help them improve the sleep here. First, they should avoid drinking the beverages containing caffeine as far as possible, such as coffee and tea. If they really want to drink these beverages, they can drink them in the morning or after the afternoon nap. Second, they should not drink too much water or soup before going to bed. The moderate intake of supper can be helpful to the sleep. Third, the habit of regular sleeping should be formed. They can fall asleep and get up at the same time. Fourth, women should not take any strenuous exercises before they go to bed. Pregnant women can learn yoga to relax themselves. What’s more, women can read books, listen to music or watch television to accelerate the sleeping.
