First, the intake of carbohydrate which can lose weight should be increased. Some people think that carbohydrate can seriously affect the effect of losing weight. Actually, carbohydrate with high quality can effectively improve the physical health and keep slim for people. Carbohydrate contains abundant dietary fibers, which can not only provide energy for the human body but also accelerate the gastric and intestinal peristalsis. In addition, it can also decrease calories and remove the toxins from the body.
Second, the intake amount of bean products should be moderately increased. Soy bean contains abundant plant protein, isoflavones and dietary fibers, which can beautify the skin and lose weight for the human body. What’s more, soy bean is a kind of food containing low glycemic index, and it can provide the lasting satiety for people to decrease the rate of heat to transform into fat. The protein contained in soy bean can be easily transformed into digestible amino acid which can effectively prevent arteriosclerosis and reduce the blood pressure. In addition, women should maintain the adequate absorption of vitamin E, calcium and mineral substances to keep figure.
Third, good dining ways should be formed. Even if the stomach has been filled fully with food, the satiety can just be send to the brain 20 minutes later. If people have dinner too rapidly, the satiety can not be produced in time and people have to eat excessive foods. Therefore, it is necessary for people to slow down the speed of having dinner. In Japan, women always use chopsticks, which can slow down the eating speed and decrease the intake of food unconsciously. When people are having dinner, they should adhere to the principle of eight-tenth of fullness, which is beneficial for people to decrease the burden of the stomach and maintain the physical health.
The key for women to keep slim is to form good life habits including dietary habits. Women should not always lose weight by decreasing the diet, which is rather unhealthy. The dietary skills mentioned above should be made full use of by women to lose weight healthily.
