Perfluoroalkyl-telluration of olefins has been performed at low temperatures by the electron-transfer reaction from sodium tellurolate to perfluoroalkyl halides followed by S_RN1 reaction, meanwhile perfluoroalkyl-ethoxylation occurred with isobutyl vinyl ether via the subsequent substitution of the telluro group with ethoxylate in the conditions.
