  The asymmetric coupling of the N, N'-dimethylbenzyl amine complex [(η⁶-Me₂NCH₂Ph)Cr(CO)₃] 1a with 4-bromotoluene using LiN(SiMe₃)₂ (CAS 4039-32-1) was examined in an HTE  screen with a large collection (> 190, see the Supporting  Information for a complete list) of enantioenriched mono-  and bidentate phosphine ligands (Scheme 4).
