-
Our hands always contain the most compact blood capillaries and nerve endings among all the body parts. They are also the parts which have to do too many jobs. For example, most of the jobs in our daily life must be completed by the hands, such as washing the dishes and operating some tools. It is important for people to protect the hands carefully in everyday life, especially in winter.
When people are doing housework, they should wear rubber gloves, as the chemical compositions contained in cleansing agents can absorb much oily fat from the hands to make hands become aged. The rubber gloves can prevent the attack of chemical substances so as to protect the hands. When people are picking vegetables or opening bottles, they should use of certain tools and avoid the direct use of fingers as far as possible, which can prevent the possible hurt. In addition, people should not immerse hands in water for a long time, as the dry air can remove water from the hands.
In winter, it is unreasonable for people to wash hands too frequently. When people wash hands, liquid soap can not be ignored. What’s more, the water temperature must be moderate. In addition, people should use clean and soft towel to wipe the hands.
At the same time, people should make full use of hand cream in winter. According to the different jobs, people should choose different kinds of hand cream with different effects. For example, the housewives should choose the hand cream containing natural tartaric acid and vitamin E with the effect of repairing the hands. This is because the housewives always touch alkaline substances like cleansing agent and their hands can be seriously hurt. The important task for housewives is to repair their hands. Before the housewives go out or fall asleep, they should wear hand cream. People should often massage the hands to improve the blood circulation and metabolism. Thus the absorption of nutrients can be improved for the hands. In addition, people can improve the skin of the hands by maintaining reasonable diet. For example, people should increase the intake of and vitamin B in everyday life. Vitamin A can improve the dry skin and supplement moisture for the hands. Vitamin B can improve the growth of skin, hair and finger nails. It is usually contained in animal liver, fish, egg, soy bean and white turnip.
