observed in H-PGDS inhibitor complexes with amide containing inhibitors.
This occurs predominantly when collection of data occurs at synchrotron
sources but has infrequently been observed from lower energy sources.

18. Fluorescence intensity h-HPGDS TBA enzyme assay-prostaglandin D synthase
(PGDS) converts the substrate prostaglandin H2 (PGH2) to prostaglandin D2.
The depletion of PGH2 was measured via an Fe(II) reduction of the remaining
PGH2 to malondialdehyde (MDA) and 12-HHT. The enzyme assay is based on
the quantitative formation of a fluorescent complex from non fluorescent
compounds MDA and 2-thiobarbituric acid (TBA), essentially as described in
US patent application US 2004/152148 by Lambalot (see Supplementary data
for details).
