Antiparkinson Drugs

Anti-paralysis drugs also known as Antiparkinson Drugs. Agitation paralysis is a disease caused by extrapyramidal diseases, mainly due to dopaminergic neuronal degeneration of the substantia nigra, resulting extrapyramidal dopamine content insufficient, leaving the system of cholinergic nerve function relatively dominant, then appear pathological. Antiparkinsonian drugs are divided into two categories: pseudo-dopamine drugs and central anticholinergics.
