Last but not the least, people who like eating spicy food should eat more sour fruits after the meal, because sour fruits contain substances such as tannic acid and cellulose, which can stimulate the secretion of digestive juice, accelerate gastrointestinal motility, so as to help people reduce the internal heat and moisten dryness. Sour fruits include apple, pear, pomegranate, banana, hawthorn, grape, grapefruit, and so on.
