The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that 3 -methylmorpholine - N N-oxide, is mixed and heated to: DEG 3 - to keep the first temperature unchanged, after being kept at first temperature for a period of time and then filtered, to obtain N -halothiophene in a mild reaction condition . The preparation method disclosed by the invention, is simple.
